All Sales through Nice Guy Neon are final. Eligibility for requesting a refund is limited to the condition of the item upon arrival. Requests for refunds and cancellations are reviewed on a case by case basis.
Products eligible for refund must arrive damaged or in non-working condition. Customers will have the option to request a refund for up to 50% of the sale price.
Customers must initiate refund requests within 72 hours of receiving the product.
Photo documentation and a detailed description of the damaged or non-working product are required at the time of the refund request.
