Nice Guy Neon Refund Policy


All Sales through Nice Guy Neon are final.  Eligibility for requesting a refund is limited to the condition of the item upon arrival. Requests for refunds and cancellations are reviewed on a case by case basis.

I. Eligibility

Products eligible for refund must arrive damaged or in non-working condition.  Customers will have the option to request a refund for up to 50% of the sale price.

1. Time Frame for Requests

Customers must initiate refund requests within 72 hours of receiving the product.

2. Condition of Products

Photo documentation and a detailed description of the damaged or non-working product are required at the time of the refund request.

II. Refund Process

Refunds are limited to 50% of the sale price. Customers must promptly provide photo documentation and a detailed description of the damaged or non-working product.  

In the event of an order cancellation request, the request will be reviewed individually and a determination made if a refund or a cancellation penalty fee will be issued.
